It is very important to diagnose and treat cancer in its early stages.
The stage at which cancer is diagnosed decides whether cancer can be completely cured or not. So, you can understand it is very important and it can make a major difference in the outcome of the disease and treatment process. In the early stages, cancer does not show any signs and symptoms. But gradually as cancer or malignant tumor grows in size it becomes easy to detect it. So, here we go 7 early signs of cancer.
To remember these 7 early signs and symptoms we should think of the word ‘CAUTION’ which means “be very careful.” The first word is ‘C’: Change in bladder or bowel habits. It includes symptoms like frequent urination, no urination at all, constipation, diarrhea, or frequent motions. The second word of caution is ‘A’: It Means ‘a sore’ that does not heal. Any ulcer or aphthae which does not heal or if it heals it recurs. This kind of ulcer or sore can happen anywhere on or in the body like on the skin, inside the mouth, in the stomach, on or inside private areas (sexual organs). It can happen anywhere The third word is ‘U’: Unusual discharge or bleeding. It includes bleeding or any abnormal discharge from the body; for example, bleeding from the mouth, bleeding from the rectum, bleeding from the urethra; or apart from bleeding any other abnormal discharge. The fourth word of caution is ‘T’: Thickening or lump in the breast or elsewhere. It means any abnormal growth or tumor in the body; for example, tumor in the breast or any other abnormal growth in any other part of the body. It is very necessary to get these growths checked. The fifth word is ‘I’ – Indigestion or difficulty in swallowing. It comprises difficulty in swallowing, difficulty in digesting food, and formation of gas. All these can be early signs of cancer. The sixth word of CAUTION is ‘O’: Obvious change in a wart or mole. If there is any wart or mole or skin tag on your body; and if its size is slowly increasing, it is changing in color, it is very painful or it becomes active; then it becomes very important because it may be an early sign of cancer. It is important to get it checked. The seventh and last word is ‘N’: Nagging cough or hoarseness. A cough which is since long and not getting better or even if it gets better it recurs. Hoarseness of voice is not getting better. these are the 7 early signs of cancer or malignancy. I feel that with the help of these 7 signs, cancer can be diagnosed in its early stage and its treatment can be started early which will increase the possibility of complete cure.

How the heart actually pumps blood.

For the greater part of history, people had no clue about what reason the heart served. Indeed, the organ so befuddled Leonardo da Vinci, that he quit any pretense of examining it. Even though everybody could feel their own heart pulsating, it wasn't in every case clear the thing each bang was accomplishing. Presently we realize that the heart siphons blood. Yet, that reality wasn't generally self-evident, since, in such a case that a heart was uncovered or taken out, the body would die rapidly. It's likewise difficult to see through the veins, and regardless of whether that was conceivable, the actual blood is obscure, making it hard to see the heart valves working.                           Indeed, even in the 21st century, a couple of individuals in medical procedure groups have really seen a functioning heart. The web looks for heart work, highlights unrefined models, graphs, or liveliness that don't actually sh...

5 tips for preventing kidney stones.

Have you ever passed a kidney stone before?  If so, you know it's terrible!  The key to making changes that stick is to add them into your life intolerable ways,  like moderation, so you can be successful long-term.  Here are 5 dietary recommendations that can help prevent kidney stones. 1) Drink more water We want to try and make about 2.5 liters of urine in a day.  I know we don't all pee in a measuring cup, or hopefully not many of us at all.  My workaround here is:  If your urine is clear, you're hydrated.  If it's yellow, drink more water.  Not soda or juice, more water. 2) Eat less salt While most kidney stones are calcium-based, it's how much salt the kidney sees that really  matters.  The more salt your kidney sees, the more calcium your kidney shoots into your urine.  When I say salt or sodium here, they're interchangeable and mean the same thing.  I have a lot of patients who say "doc, it's not a problem - we don...
